It took more than 2-1/2 weeks to take finals, set up for spring Commencement and turn the tassels, but you can relive the whole experience in a mere 2-1/2 minutes.
In a new time-lapse video, five of Carolina’s communications staffers tell this year’s graduation story from picking up caps and gowns at UNC Student Stores to singing ‘Hark the Sound’ in Kenan Stadium on graduation Sunday. The video features 25 individual scenes from the spring Commencement experience captured by six cameras over the span of nearly three weeks.
UNC’s communications office has been creating time-lapse videos for spring Commencement since 2011, but this is the first to feature multiple camera angles.
