Lowry Caudill, a member of the UNC Board of Trustees and faculty member in the entrepreneurship minor, will lead a workshop on creating organizational culture at the Campus Y on Wednesday (March 6).

The workshop is from 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the Anne Queen Lounge. It is open to the public and all UNC students, staff and faculty.

Caudill learned the importance of a strong company culture through co-founding Magellan Labs, a pharmaceutical development company, which was later acquired by Cardinal Health.

Caudill, the retired worldwide president of pharmaceutical development for Cardinal Health, is an adjunct professor of chemistry at UNC and a member of the chemistry department external advisory board. He is also a member of the advisory working group for the UNC entrepreneurship minor.
